I am a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist with a master’s degree in Art Therapy from The School of Visual Arts, where I also earned the Special Merit Award. Since graduating in 2014, I have gained over ten years of experience working in a multitude of settings including domestic violence support programs, mental health clinics, school-based services, foster care, and community spaces.
In 2018, I opened my private practice to provide specialized support to individuals who experience anxiety disorders, perfectionism, disordered eating, relationship challenges, and depression. My approach is trauma-informed with special attention to the connections between experience, identity, physical wellbeing, and mental health. Moreover, I practice a feminist and holistic approach to support clients’ awareness and self-compassion.
As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting people to heal from trauma, break patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives. I offer supportive and caring reflection in addition to therapeutic techniques in order to guide you along your personal healing journey. If this sounds like a good fit for you, I invite you to reach out.
